🌞(still) Day 1 (hehe):

We visited the most famous Poi Kalon Complex!🕌
The Poi Kalon Complex showcases Bukhara's architectural heritage with the Kalon Minaret, dating back to 1127 A.D., standing at about 47 meters tall. Constructed by Usta Bako during Arsion Bugrakhan's rule, it's also known as the Great Minaret.
The Miri Arab Madrasah, built from 1530 to 1535/1536, has ties to Sheikh Abdullakh Yamani, the spiritual guide of the Sheybanids. Additionally, the Kalon Mosque, completed around 1514 by Ubaydullakhan, proudly holds the title of Bukhara's largest mosque! 🕌✨

Our next stop: Naqshband Craft Center! Here, we encountered an exhibition showcasing silk paper art originating from Bukhara. Witnessing the intricate process, from crafting silk paper from scratch to creating masterpieces on it, was truly fascinating!🤩
Additionally, they offered exceptional hospitality! We indulged in a special choy (tea) and observed the crafting of their signature somsa. Enjoying the autumn breeze with tea and warm somsa created the perfect combination for this delightful visit!👩🏻🍳
Bukhara was really great so far, isn’t it?🥳🤩
